Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Obtain damage data from systems.
• Analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings.
• Generate and distribute reports.
• Post data for relevant employees to see.
• Investigate and follow up on issues related to damages, short-dated items, and related corrective actions.
• Engage with employees and assist management engage with employees to help reduce or prevent damages and shrinkage.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to discuss damage concerns.
• Work alongside the repack department to help reduce damages.
• Facilitate and present during damage meetings.
• Participate in developing company-wide best practices.
• Promote a team-based approach to reduce damages.
• Serve as a damage ambassador.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• SAP and AS400 experience preferred but not required.
• Requires interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to facility and lead meetings.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be flexible to work on both shifts when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
