Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Support a sales representative(s) with daily operations, customer interactions, and administrative tasks.
• Play a key role in helping the sales associate achieve their goals by ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups with accounts/customers.
• Drive to appointments, events, and client meetings as needed.
• Perform general daily sales tasks and assist a sales representative with preparing quotes and proposals.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from accounts/customers, and provide basic product/service information.
• Maintain and update accounts/customers records in database systems.
• Schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Support at sales meetings, events, trade shows, or promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with accounts/customers.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
• Valid drivers license and favorable driving record required.
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role is an advantage.
• Other duties as assigned.
