Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Work closely with warehouse manager to manage production, staffing, performance, schedules, and inventory levels.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the warehouse.
• Coordinate the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment.
• Help implement daily production and shipping plan.
• Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Coordinate and communicate with inventory when discrepancies arise.
• Effectively lead and delegate to warehouse associates.
• Coordinate and effectively communicate daily transactions with warehouse manager.
• Contribute to continuous improvement process.
• Ensure safety of team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Must be able to work in all types of temperatures.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• SAP and AS400 experience preferred but not required.
• Prior warehouse supervisory experience is required.
• Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. 
• Other duties as assigned.
