Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our human resources team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files.
  • Submit online job postings.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientations.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees, and provide timely resolution to their queries.
  • Perform background checks and drug screens.
  • Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Need to be able to function in a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress environment.
  • Requires at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Requires experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook.
  • Other duties as assigned.
