Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Our privately owned distribution and processing company is looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to engage with job seekers and execute the recruitment and hiring process from end to end.
  • Will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams such as Hiring Managers, HR, and Company Executives.
  • The successful candidate must be dedicated, team oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition with an agency or in-house HR team.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable employment laws.
  • Solid understanding of all recruitment techniques, resources, and strategies.
  • Ability to communicate and work well with individuals in all areas of the Company.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to self-direct and motivate.
  • Some travel (primarily local) will be required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant study field is preferred although applicable work experience will be considered.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Day and weekend availability.
