Maintenance Technician - Night - Statesville
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our maintenance team.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly Preventive Maintenance on all Powered Industrial Equipment (e.g. various pallet-jacks & forklifts, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair Powered Industrial Equipment both mechanically and electronically.
- Assist in all phases of maintenance including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, general building maintenance (i.e. painting, carpentry, etc.).
- Resolve safety concerns.
- Respond in emergency situations that may include during off-hours.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, and procedures and work consistently with all food safety.
- Must be able to work Sunday to Thursday either 4pm-1am or 5pm-3am as business needs arise.
- Requires high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- Requires six months of related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires ability to perform repeated tasks independently, with attention to detail, and perform basic math.
- Electrical and/or refrigeration experience preferred.
- Other duties as assigned.
