IT Operations Technician - Statesville
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our IT team.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- This position performs job functions in a warehouse environment. The successful candidate has great communication and documentation skills, a problem-solving mindset and is a fast learner.
- Maintain oversight and support of all the IT responsibilities within our warehouse environment.
- Hardware support consists of RF Equipment, printers, copiers, PC’s, laptops and scanners.
- Software support consists of identifying and documenting system issues from our two systems, AS400 and SAP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products is required. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Shift flexibility is required to cover vacations, sick time and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
