Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our human resources team.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Data Entry, help maintain employment records.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process.
  • Schedules interviews as requested by the department managers.
  • Reviews applications and assists with new-employee background checks.
  • Schedule and Conduct New Hire Orientation.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Reconciles bill statements.
  • Makes photocopies, scans, and emails documents as well as performs other clerical functions.
  • Prepares and file documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products is required. Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong team player.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP Experience is a plus.
