Customer Service Representative - Statesville

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our customer service team.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls.
  • Enter and/or review customer orders to ensure they are in prior to the established order cutoff time.
  • Coordinate with support staff to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Review orders for the correct shipping date, critical items ordered and potential customer errors.
  • Maintain and update customer contact list.
  • Data entry and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Review previous night’s shipments.
  • Schedule: Sunday-Thursday.
  • Prefer 1 year customer service experience.
  • Prefer Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
