Customer Service Manager - Ocala
Cheney Brothers is looking for a strong team leader to join our customer service team.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Service and Sales teams.
- Contract duties.
- Assist with emails.
- Expense report drop ship POs.
- FedEx drop ship POs.
- Program Sales assistance.
- BI reports.
- Special Orders and Cross Dock assistance to recreate orders.
- Assist with House accounts.
- Handle all emails from customers coming to our website.
- Billing Only (create invoices to fix any mistakes on original invoice).
- Release all samples to go out.
- Process and release Vendors and CBI specialist samples and GWO cuttings for pick up.
- Process all the drop ships for Ocala and all virtual drop ships for all locations.
- SAP and Share Point experience a plus.
- Must be detail orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
